Congrats to Sheena Monnin & Julia Belechak, Miss...
After competing for nine years in Florida, Texas and Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin finally has a Miss USA state title!  She is the latest in a string of 2012 titleholders who came close to “always the bridesmaid” status but pulled off a win at the last opportunity, so congrats to her!  She placed first runner-up in Pennsylvania the past two years so her win will be especially sweet.  Her...
