You’ve played Big Buck Hunter, the bar video game in which you drunkenly blast away at fleeing deer with a fake plastic rifle as beautiful babes wink at you between rounds.
The Huffington Post found one of those deer-destroying cheerleaders, and she’s an all-American bad ass.
It turns out that Alex Wehrley — a model clad in short shorts in the recently unveiledBig Buck HD — is not only former Miss Wisconsin USA, she’s currently a news anchor and reporter for an NBC affiliate in Illinois.
Going from national beauty star to national newshound isn’t easy, but Wehrley’s been doing this for a while.
“I started modeling when I was 9 years old. But I did one small pageant when I was 19, and didn’t know what I was doing at all,” she told The Huffington Post. “I practiced a ton [for Miss USA] … And became Miss Wisconsin on my first try.”
In 2009, she wore the Miss Wisconsin USA sash after wowing judges in a swimwear, evening wear and interview competition. In 2010, she ditched the dashing duds for a camouflage crop top and combat boots. Next time you play Big Buck HD at your local watering hole, she’ll be the one blowing kisses after you end the lives of unsuspecting — and fake — whitetail deer.
