Miss Texas Teen USA 2013 was held on Sunday afternoon, finally completing all the 2013 pairs.  The winner is Daniella Rodriguez, the fourth Texas titleholder in six years from Laredo (to answer a commonly asked question, she isn’t related to Ana!).  Daniella is the first winner since 2004 who had competed twice prior to winning.  She and four of her runners-up were in the top 15 last year.  Tiffany Faul placed 2RU for the second consecutive year.
