Allie Leggett is Miss Kentucky USA 2013 & Gracie Sapp is Miss KY Teen USA!
Allie was first runner-up in Teen last year and is one of only a few contestants to go from Teen 1RU one year to Miss winner the next - in recent years the only others were Jessica Hartman (Miss Colorado USA 2010 & 3RU at Miss USA) and Rebecca Moore (Miss Alabama USA 2007. She is 19 and from Whitley City, a small town in McCreary County.
Gracie was competing for the first time. She is 15 and from Lexington, and good friends with outgoing titleholder Tiffany Cline.
